High Intensity Interval Training

Build strength, endurance and flexibility in Laura's high intensity interval training classes. Warm up with some functional stretching and then challenge yourself with variations of body weight exercises and cardio bursts. Laura’s fun playlists, upbeat joyous personality and infectious smile will have you forgetting all about the pain and enjoying all the gains! You’ll likely be left in a satisfying, sweaty puddle on the floor by the end of this class!
